AER takes pride in putting local citizens to work. We believe the best way to facilitate a sense of community recovery is to reach the citizens actually affected by disaster and give them a job; a means of financial stability for the actual homes and families that are recovering. AER identifies and trains local citizens and incorporates them into our unique nation-wide team of Emergency Specialized Staffing resources. In doing so, we provide an avenue for filling the extra employment positions which are critical to the recovery and rebuild of areas affected by disaster.
AER partners with disaster service providers and governmental agencies to bring the best in emergency workforce outsourcing. We will fix an hourly bill rate which is all-inclusive of on-going training, services and burdened payroll costs of actual hours documented and approved by the client.
AER can provide any number of resources needed to complete any recovery project and can provide customized and on-going training programs to meet our clients' needs. AER's resources will arrive to the project site "trained" to begin work. Training is customized to our client's individual needs but will typically consist of certifications in Work Zone Safety, Traffic Control and OSHA 10, at minimum.
Our clients provide us with their specific curriculum criteria and our qualified and experienced instructors will administer and document all training via locally secured training facilities and/or mobile training units to ensure that all resources are trained per the client's own policy and standard.
